LUANDA, May 24 (Xinhua) -- Angola reported a positive balance of 14.9 trillion kwanzas, approximately 32.7 billion U.S. dollars, in foreign trade in 2022, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

The External Trade Statistics Yearbook for 2022, published on Monday, shows that Angola's exported about 50.67 billion dollars of goods and services in 2022, up 9.91 percent year-on-year. Meanwhile, its imports increased by 14.42 percent to about 17.93 billion dollars.

China remained the largest destination for Angola's exports in 2022, followed by India, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, and it was also Angola's largest importer.

According to INE, oil and minerals accounted for almost 95 percent of Angola's exports last year.
